Nadia Overseas Consultants (OPC) Private Limited is deeply committed to upholding the privacy, confidentiality, and security of job seekers, employers, and website visitors. We handle candidate data in strict accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Categories of Data We Collect

To facilitate lawful overseas recruitment and interview scheduling, we collect only necessary candidate information:

• Personal & Contact Details: Full Name, Phone/WhatsApp number, Email, Residential Address.
• Professional & Trade Information: Trade discipline, years of experience, CV/Resume, technical certifications.
• Immigration & Identity Documents: Passport scan, validity dates, age, photographs, and educational/trade credentials.

4. Encrypted Storage & Access Security

All uploaded passport scans, certificates, and resumes are hosted in private, 256-bit encrypted storage buckets. Access is restricted strictly to authorized recruitment coordinators via secure, time-limited sessions, preventing unauthorized access, data loss, or unlawful leakage.

5. Candidate Rights & Data Erasure

Every candidate holds the right to inspect, correct, or request the complete permanent deletion of their personal information and resume from our systems. To initiate data deletion, simply send an email to hello@nadiaoverseas.com with your registered phone number. Your data will be deleted within 7 business days.
