This website does NOT charge, accept, or process any fees online. Candidate registration and job search are 100% free. Never transfer money via UPI, QR codes, or unverified links. Official processes occur only in person at our Lucknow headquarters.
1. Vacancy Cancellation by Overseas Employer
If a foreign employer withdraws or cancels an overseas manpower requisition due to unforeseen project changes, and the candidate is not at fault, any unspent consultancy processing fee collected directly by our office will be 100% refunded to the candidate.
2. Embassy Visa Rejection Policy
The granting or refusal of an entry visa is the sole sovereign prerogative of the foreign government and embassy. In the rare event of a visa rejection not caused by fraudulent applicant documents, third-party government submission fees are non-refundable, while the consultancy fee balance is refunded as per the signed candidate service agreement.
3. Medical Examination (GAMCA) Non-Clearance
Candidates must pass mandatory health and fitness screenings at accredited medical panels (e.g. GAMCA). Fees paid directly to certified medical clinics and pathology laboratories are third-party service costs and are strictly non-refundable.
4. Voluntary Withdrawal by Candidate
If a candidate voluntarily backs out after receiving a genuine employment contract, visa approval, or ticket issuance without a certified medical emergency, actual non-recoverable expenses incurred on tickets, attestation, and documentation will be deducted before evaluating any residual balance.
5. Refund Processing Mode & Timeline
All eligible refunds are remitted strictly via direct bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS) or Account Payee Cheque in the candidate's own name within 14 to 21 working days following submission of the original payment receipt and formal claim approval. Cash refunds are strictly disallowed.
